Best for families in active conflict with a care home, supported living provider, or social work team.

Up to 8 hours of dedicated casework, phone calls, and documentation.
1 x Formal Independent Resolution Meeting facilitated by us with the care provider.
A clear, written Action Plan signed by all parties to stabilise the placement.

Any additional hours required beyond the cap are agreed upon in advance at £95/hr.

Tier 3: The Retained Care Navigator

£350 / month

Minimum 3-month term

Best for long-term peace of mind during complex, multi-month changes (e.g. transitioning from child to adult services).

4 hours of flexible, dedicated advocacy and consultation every month.
Direct attendance and representation at local authority review meetings.
Priority email and telephone advice lines for sudden care queries.

We welcome clients utilizing local authority Direct Payments, NHS Personal Health Budgets (PHBs), and privately funded care arrangements.

Ad-hoc services & add-ons

Need targeted help outside of a package? We offer flexible hourly rates for specific tasks.

Expert Casework — £95 per hour

For letter writing, official NHS/PALS complaints escalation, or document drafting.

Meeting Attendance — £120 per hour

For active, in-person or virtual representation at formal funding panels and multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.

Travel Costs — £45 per hour + 45p per mile

Applicable for face-to-face meetings outside our immediate local area.

Payment terms: All package fees are invoiced and payable in advance before document review or casework begins.
Our guarantee: While we guarantee expert systems navigation and robust representation using Care Act frameworks, we cannot legally guarantee the final funding or placement outcome decided by a Local Authority or Integrated Care Board (ICB).
